The Defendant went over to speak to the parents of a minor child who had engaged in a fight with the defendant's younger sister only to be attacked by the parents. After the incident, the police arrested the client for Assault. After several pre-trial hearings, the case was settled with the defendant pleading to an amended charge of disorderly conduct.
