THEFT CASE GETS OUTSTANDING PLEA DEAL
Client charged with 2nd misdemeanor theft offense. Client was facing up to 180 days incarceration and a $1000.00 fine. Upon receipt of the discovery, Criminal Defense Counsel, Zachuary Meranda, was able to find issues within the case to work out a plea deal where client would serve only 3 days in jail for a 2nd theft offense and have only a $150.00 fine!
