Hip/Skip & Failure to Control

Our client was charge with a Hit/Skip (misdemeanor of the 1^st Degree) and Failure to Control. The incident stemmed from our client being in a single-car accident, then looking for help. During the pretrial, a legal issue was raised as to the appropriateness of the charge considering it was a single-car accident. Eventually, the Hit/Skip was dismissed.
