OVI Pled to a Physical Control

Our client was charged with an OVI. He refused the breath and field tests, which worked in his favor. Because the prosecution was without those essential tools as evidence, we were able to successfully push the issue for a jury trial. Upon further review of the case by the prosecution, he felt that a Physical Control was appropriate. This saved our client's job.
