Teen Charged with OVI & Felony Possession Of Prescription Drugs - Case Dismissed

In many instances, especially with prescription drugs, defense attorneys are noticing an increase in teen offenders. Often times, these teens come from good homes with active parents. A young teen and her mother was seeking representation in regards to a very serious Possession case, as well as an OVI.
